This Privacy Notice explains how Danny Wilson, operator of Quote Now..Win Now ("we", "us"), handles personal data. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

1. Data we collect and why

  • Business profile (company name, phone, address, license number, default tax/markup settings) — to generate your estimates. Legal basis: contract performance.
  • Estimate and client data you enter (client names, emails, addresses, estimate contents, client signatures) — to provide the Service. Legal basis: contract performance.

  • Support messages — to respond to your requests. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Payment data (card details, billing address) is collected and processed directly by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, under Paddle's own privacy policy — we never see or store your full card number.

2. Who we share data with

  • Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database and authentication infrastructure, and AI providers that process your estimate descriptions to generate drafts.
  • Paddle (Merchant of Record) — for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
  • Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where needed.
  • Authorities — where required by law.

3. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward (for example, to meet legal or accounting obligations). Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

4. Your rights

Depending on your state or country, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email dwhoopster@gmail.com — we respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

5. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level isolation of each account's data.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage only — to keep you signed in and remember your session. We do not use advertising or third-party marketing cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings; signing in again will be required.

7. International transfers

Our infrastructure providers may process data outside your state or country. Where data leaves the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
